Life on campus

A week in the life of an NDA Vision 60 cadet

Day scholars live at home and train with us at the Seva Sadan campus in Sitabuldi, near Jhansi Rani Square.

  • Drill and physical training. The day starts on the parade ground with drill, running and obstacle work under JWO Surender Kumar (Retd), a former Garud Commando. Girls and boys train to the same standard.
  • Classes for the boards and the NDA. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Class 11 and 12 are taught alongside NDA Mathematics and the General Ability Test, so one timetable covers both. See the academics.
  • SSB practice. Group discussions, group tasks and mock interviews prepare cadets for all five days of the Services Selection Board. How we train for the SSB.
  • Sports, adventure and events. Sports, adventure activities, debates and quiz competitions build the confidence and teamwork the SSB looks for.

Pictures only tell part of the story. Book a visit to see a class in session, or read about the Day Scholar programme first.

Pictures tell. A visit convinces.
